SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday). Note: As we print our items in-house in the basement, processing times may slightly increase during high-volume periods or new drops. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • The Netherlands: 1-2 business days after processing.

  • European Union: 3-7 business days after processing.

  • International (Outside EU): 7-21 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Under Dutch law, if we cannot deliver your item within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Shipping Method & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Mama's Basement is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the price.

5. Damages and Risk of Loss According to Dutch consumer law, Mama's Basement bears the risk of damage or loss of the goods during transport until the moment of delivery to you (or a representative designated in advance).

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at getmeoutofmamasbasement@gmail.com so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
